Unrecognised charge for receiving an unsolicited text

I have been charged £10.00 for an unsolicited text from 0700374069.

As this was unsolicited,how do I get a credit n my account?

Thank you for your post. 

Normally charges only come like this when there has been contact made to receive the message back. I have looked at the number you've provided and did some digging and I can see that this is for Soccer Aid - did you make a donation of £10 to that? If so, that is what it would be.
