Unlimited sim not working Norway

My daughter is on unlimited maxitt package. She is in Norway but has no 4G. She has 4G so it’s not signal. Does she need to do something to activate service abroad? Many thanks guys, Liz

Did she activate the roaming service before she left the UK?

No problem @Lizgg, she would need to have activated the roaming option via her handset before leaving the UK. We can try to get this working from here but we may need to go to a private message, if anything account specific if needed.

Please can you ask her to activate roaming on her handset(this should be in the network and data settings and also within her Virgin Mobile account, hopefully this will kick start the services for her.
