Receiving Calls Internationally

Hi, traveling in the U.S. When I receive an incoming call instead of being connected to the caller, I get a beep, beep, beep sound and the call disconnects. Any ideas what is happening and how to fix? Thanks.

Hi,

Issue still not resolved. Still get beep, beep, beep when making or receiving calls. Text messaging seems to be working fine, at least the incoming bit. Appreciate the help.

Thank you for confirming all of the above. Are you able to try a different handset? 

Are you able to make international calls? Can you text and use data fine? Have you rebooted and manually selected the network?

What network are you connected to?
