Query new contract

Just signed a new contract & wondering why instead of Virgin heading at top left of phone it now says vodaphone uk

Thanks for your post and welcome to the community!

We do utilise Vodafone's network however it should still state Virgin for your Network selection.

Is the service working? Also are you able to manually select our Network via your handset's settings for mobile data?
