Problem changing password on virgin Mobile

Please help, I am unable to change my virgin mobile password - I get a reset link email, complete the details and it gives a green tick but will not accept when I enter….I have tried on my iPad and my Lenovo desktop. I am so frustrated as it rejects and rejects 😥
