Hi,
I’m paying for the Virgin Oomph bundle which includes a mobile SIM card.
We think we received the sim a few months ago but it was misplaced, and hence never activated.
We have now reached a point where we have a use for the SIM card but cannot find a way to get a replacement. Talking to Virgin Support they want the phone number of the SIM card, but it was never activated or used so we do not have a number for it.
Could anyone help us with getting a replacement?

I'm sorry to hear you have misplaced the SIM. We can certainly get a replacement sent out for you.
