Hi,
I am planning to switch to a different provider. I have requested and received my PAC code from Virgin and used it to apply for another provider.
My question is, do I need to contact Virgin to confirm cancellation? I am unsure if just selecting to switch and getting the PAC code will cancel my contract and payment with Virgin or if I will need to contact them to make sure I am not billed.

Hi there @vasilyevello, welcome to our forum and thanks for your post.
If you do wish to cancel your account it would be best to call our cancellation team to give your 30 days notice when you wish to leave. This will ensure that you will not be billed.
One thing to note too is to make sure the PAC code is used before the expiry date given as it will not work after this date. If it is not used then the team can provide a different one.
