Calls barred from my phone

Hi, am trying to get through to someone at VM. I have no call, text or data service today. I am in UK and have rebooted and checked that no phone settings have changed. The device appears to be operating fine apart from this and area service status is fine. I think a security block may have triggered at the network as my phone ran out of power last night when I was away from home and was off all night. I sent a  successful text yesterday evening and was using my data. I also can't locate the whatsapp messenger button on my account page. Thanks.

Welcome to the community. 

Sorry to hear about your issues you're having with your mobile at this time. Are you able to see if you are able to receive calls or texts at all? Does the SIM work in a different handset?

Please also check your online account to see if you have gone over your spending cap at all. Let me know how you get on.
