Tivo box stuck on starting up screen

• Hi all.. My virgin tivo box is stuck on the starting up screen.. Blue light on box. I've unplugged everything left for 10 min reconnected. My V6 box is working normal. Any help or advice appreciated

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you were having an issue with your services on Thursday. 

There was a national outage affecting the TV Services but this has since been resolved. 

Can you please let me know how things are looking today please? Are you still having an issue or are things resolved now?
