I have called and had this booked for relocation twice and the wrong engineer has been sent twice. They have both said they'll get the right person sent and this hasn't happened. Has anyone else had this issue? and how do I get it resolved?

Is the problem an engineer capable of moving an HFC connection comes out  but you need to move an FTTP/RFoG connection ?

Yeah so the engineer that comes out is to move the internal box however, it is the external box outside that needs relocating it is currently at the side of the front door but needs moving to the side of th house as it is in the way when walking up the path.
