Unable to access Sky Sports

All sky channel working at home but on Virgin TV on the go these channels greyed out?

Try to login on sky sports app and get this 

Access DeniedYou don't have permission to access "http://skyid.sky.com/AK_PM_VPATH0/" on this server.

Is this a Virgin or sky issue and how do I resolve this?

Paying top dollar with Virgin with full house package and cannot access what I pay for!

This is a Sky issue they are for some reason blocking your IP address, it could be that the system that Sky use to protect their servers has identified that the IP address you are using has a bad reputation, so you will need to get in contact with Sky.
