TV Go

 Hello

   I have the TV Go app set up on my laptop and iPad, but also wish to set it up on another iPad belonging to another member of my family (who lives at my property).  However I do not want them to log in with my account because the password is also the password for my emails. They already have a secondary account and email attached to my primary account.

How do I go about this please?

Also I note that for some reason my iPad is showing up twice ie the system is presumably thinking this is 2 different devices.  How do I remove one of these?

Hey @DrJazz,

Welcome back to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on our forums.

Unfortunately only the primary user id can be used for the TV Go app, secondary users are not able to login and use the app.

You can remove the duplicate device by logging into the settings on the TV go app and device management, you will then be able to remove the device from there.
