Hope someone can help? Got a new Moto G50 phone. Whenever play Virgin TV Go it syltpps starts making it unwatchable. Same on WiFi or 4g. Other streaming apps work fine. TV Go on my G8, Samsung Tab 7 and iPad works fine. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I'm at a loss

I'm sorry to hear you're having some issues with TVGo on this phone.
Can you confirm if the phone's software is up to date? Can you confirm if it's a particular channel that's causing this?
