Since last week there is a red light on my hub 3.0 I tried to reset it a few times but it's still the same.

Sorry to hear this
Redlight on the Hub will need us to replace it
In the mean time can you make sure its in a cool well ventilated place away from direct heat
I will need to send you a private message to pass security to arrange the swap
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great
