Subscription stuck on adding soon

Hi I have added essential entertainment to my stream box and it stuck on adding on the box and says adding soon on the virgin website it has been pending for ages please can someone sort this out for me please 

Unable to add tv packs on stream

Hi,have had my stream for 24 hrs and get the oops message trying to add subscriptions through the stream box. When I go on the manage-stream page I can see the ones I want ( essential entertainment and Sky cinema hd) ant it appears to let me add them...

I am also getting the same issue here, was told by a engineer that it has been fixed but still have the issue on my Stream box and on the Virgin Go app

As per tille...I see via my offers O2 inc' Volt have resurfaced, does this now mean existing Stream/VM-O2 Mob users can add another sim and qualify for Volt benefits.thanks
