Full watchlist missing everywhere except on Stream puck

I can't currently access my household's full watchlists on Virgin TV Go (both Mac desktop and Android versions). A single item from any watchlist is available on the home screen and the 'Full Watchlist' image next to it features images from the rest of the watchlist, but trying to click through on that results in the Spinny Circle of Doom. Anyone else experiencing this? Screenshots attached (yes, I like 8OO10CDC – don't judge me).

As Reece_MH has now retired, could any other mod let me know whether this ticket is still open on my account? It's been another month now, with no VM contact and no change to the bug.

Yesterday there was an app update for the Virgin TV Go app on iOS, with 'Bug fixes' mentioned in the release notes. Guess what folks, the spinning circle of doom is still there on the 'My list' section of the app. 

Makes you wonder about the effectiveness of testing processes for VM software.
