Network Issues LU2 Area

aceatco
Dialled in

I understand there are network issues in my postcode area that are 'complex'. Broadband is currently very intermittent. Is there an estimate when this might be resolved please?

The recent increase in speed to 275Mbps is welcome but our streets were recently cabled by a competitor and I am now being offered 960Mbps. Will VM be able offer speeds like this?

The freephone number usually give a 'best guess' for fixing:

Check with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 If you have a VM landline 150 this goes down to post code level. You could also try the web page status, but this is not recommended as it only covers issues that affect a very large number of customers.

VM offer 1000Mbps down and 50Mbps up.

Thanks.

I rang 150 before posting but it only said there were 'complex issues' and no estimate of resolution. It is very intermittent (started yesterday) and I need to get on with 'stuff'!
