1GB Speed Issues

Hi All,

I am having issues with the speed recently I m supposed to have 1GB but as you can see I very rarely get this speed.

I have rebooted multiple times, but nothing is changing. Any ideas on the issue?

well your engineer never contacted me like me said he would (not surprised)

speed is slightly better, average of 686Mbps today which is 123Mbps better than the day before and 50Mbps better than Saturday, and roughly 10 times better than Friday was so its getting better.

Do you have any DS profile assignment lines in your network log?

Yeah still every few hours it switches between 12 13 and 11 13

Hi dsmars, thanks for the message and sorry to hear that you are having issues with the speed. 

We cannot run tests while the router is acting in a modem in modem mode.

Can you put the router in router mode and run a speed test for us please?
