0.4mb Upload speeds - Area Ref 25 - M100 plan

For the last two days or so our internet hasn't been working properly. Today I did a speed test and its showing

Download speed
79.6 Mbps
 
Upload speed
0.4 Mbps
 
Both these speeds are low but the upload speed it literally unusable now. Im in Area reference 25
 
There are no status issues according to the app but there clearly is something wrong. I've restarted the hub a few times.
 
I'm not sure what information is useful

As well as trying the “check service,” Area status webpage" (link at top right of this forum), also try the “free & automated” Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 - which usually gives the most up to date info. and tells you of more local issues down to postcode level.

See if anything is reported there first
