How do I set up 2 factor for my Virgin Media Account?

You can't. It's not enabled by VM. Stupid, I know. They'd had long enough to do this.

Problem I find with 2 factor if by text to a phone say you lost your phone? with google you can add many as a backup.

@Lite1970   VM 2 factor authentication is done via having to set a third party email address as the sign in username for your Virgin Media account.

I have a 3rd party email address and nowhere I can set 2 factor whether by phone SMS OR an authenticator token app?
