connections issues again

Hi VM , so i have started to have issues with my connection again. This is the third possibly 4th time i have had engineers out since moving to this address. I am intermittently losing connection on my broadband this is also on a hard wired ethernet connection so not wireless issues. Checking the modem logs i am getting alot of pre and post errors and can see my upstream power levels shooting up whilst issues occur. ( so seems like an upstream noise issue). previous engineer visits have included a hub replacement and the amp in the cabinet has been replaced twice in 6 yrs. On the last visit the engineer thought it was an issue with the tap points rather then the amp but the field engineer still replaced the amp again.So this issue never seems to get resolved i get a few months of stable connection and then it gets bad again. I will post modem logs but i know you can check this at your end. Please can this be looked into properly thanks

Remotely looking from our end, we have located your account details and run some further checks for you. The good news is everything is showing within specification and your upstream power levels are all within limits, there are no area faults or SNR issues affecting you either.
