burning smell from hub

there is a burning small coming from my hub since sunday evening. there was a power cut in my street for a few mins, burning smell has only started since then. anyone know the best way to get this sorted out? thanks

If it were me, I'd call 150 (or 0345 454 1111) and tell them it is hot and smells burnt - they'll book a tech visit sharpish!

Really, you’re hopeful aren’t you? More likely they’ll say, "just switch it off and on again and a manager will call you back within 48 hours - that’ll absolutely sort the issue out!"

Oh and “best get some air freshener to fix the burnt smell problem”!

Got to be a bit of an optimist sometimes... 😉
