My broadband just arrived today. But the wall socket, I cannot attach the wall socket with Isolator Cable. The port of wall socket is blocked. I cannot show you picture rn as the photo size is more than it’s limit.

Does your socket have a terminator cap fitted (as per the fitting on the very LHS of the picture at message #1 below)?

If so, unscrew the terminator cap and connect your cable.
