Appreciate I'm only just at the start of the journey, but after 4 years flawless service from an Openreach LLU provider, my services are heavily impacted and being throttled due to poor line noise.
Deep joy considering both the wife and I need service to work from home.
Can anyone help from the Web team please?

A warm welcome and thanks for posting on our community forums. Sorry to hear that you're installation has been delayed again and you have not been advised of any reason for this. This is not the service we want any customer to receive, especially as a brand new customer.
Can we ask if you were advised prior to this being re-scheduled that any external works needed to be carried out? This could be construction required, or are we waiting on permits from the local authorities?
If this is the case, unfortunately, this can delay a customer's installation, until the works have been carried out or permits granted.
