I was unable to be in when Yodel tried to deliver my new broadband router, and then away for a few days. When I finally got home I had three missed delivery cards. When I check on the Yodel website the router is in a depot over 30 miles away from home. They are reasonably refusing to deliver, but how can I get my new router? Is there a way Virgin Media can get them to redeliver? It will be cheaper than the router being returned and then re-issued.

Sorry to hear that your hub delivery was missed and Yodel was unable to redeliver - I can see that you have been in touch with us since posting regarding this. Can you please let us know if you've managed to get it sorted?

Yes I was able to contact support and they have cancelled the original order and created a new order.
