I got new broadband,  WiFi is green and bottom is flashing green, did everything and keep trying for 4 days already,  please help.

The equipment is usually pre-activated, however you might need to call 0800 953 9500 to activate the hub.

If so have your account and area number handy, and the hub serial number.

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with the broadband, can you confirm if you are getting a connection? 

How did the call go with the activation line?

Can you confirm how the service is at the moment and if you need any further assistance? ^CW
