Hi there, I’m a new customer. Signed up for broadband in my new home and received contract details and was told delivery would be confirmed for today. I’ve received no further information and do not have the details needed to discuss account over the phone, or to track delivery. I need to know if my kit is being delivered today as I work from home and need this set up as soon as possible, can anyone help?
