Outside brown box cover missing/broken

Hi first time posting!

my dad has just pointed out that the outside brown box on the front of house is now missing the cover. No idea where it is, looked around the garden and in the bins just incase somebody had thrown it in but can’t see it. Don’t know how long it’s been missing- concerned about the wires 😬 please help! From looking around this seems to be where you report things like this.
