After placing order for the second time I got an email from Virgin confirming my purchase etc. I have an order reference number. In the email from Virgin it says that I should get an email from Yodel so that I can track my delivery. Made an order on Saturday and the parcel is to be delivered by tomorrow. Is no news from Yodel normal or is there something wrong again? I am working remotely and really need internet asap. What should I do?
