Hi, I signed up with Virgin Media on 22/8 and was expecting to receive the quickstart package today (3/9) as I requested, but didn't get a delivery notice email from Virgin or any 3rd part delivery service. Am I actually going to get the package delivered or am I just wasting my day?
I've no account number so I can't access any tracking on Virgin Media, nor speak to anyone on the phone.
