How do I get an appointment to have my router moved to a different location. I have tried calling but I am unable to speak to anyone and have no options to choose from when calling customer services.

Thanks

You need to book a non fault callout. Go through the same route as you do for reporting a fault.

Non fault callouts have a fixed charge of £25.

Sorry to hear you weren't able to get through to arrange a hub relocation appointment. I can see on the systems at our side, that since you have posted, you have been able to get this arranged.
