I don't have a wall sockey

I just received the broadband self installed where I can't find the wall socket but there is a loose black cable but did not work out for virgin media sockey. Not sure what to do so i can connect

To save you any more posting and searching for cables.

I will send you a private message as I guess we may need to get an engineer out 

The quicker we do the better

If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great
