Help... installation delayed again

So an update: my installation date has been moved for the 4th time.

1st installation date: 6th july

2nd installation date: 19th july

3rd installation date: 29th july

4th installation date: 9th august

5th installation date: 19th august

As i've been without internet for over a month can i still claim the automatic compensation scheme if i cancel within the 14 days after installation and go with another provider in the meantime?

If you wish to cancel, right now could be the perfect time i.e. before any kit has been supplied and installed.

Hi @Nwood96 thanks for your post here in the Community although we're sorry to hear of the concerns you've raised here.

@jbrennand has advised of our automatic compensation scheme in the previous reply, so we do hope this answers the questions you've raised.

Hopefully this is the last pushback that you receive but there can be external factors that cause the pushbacks.

If you do need any further assistance, please don't hesitate to let us know.

Many thanks
