Hi team,
My router is planned to be received tomorrow but I received an email today, mentioning "We have received your Gone Away form and will now review the details."
Will it delay my order? Do I need to do anything?

A gone away generally means that there is already an active account at your property, this could be for a number of reasons. I would like to take a look at this for you and see what I can do to help. In order to do so I will need a little bit more detail so I will send you a private message.
