There was a VM connection to my house but unused for several years. Now thinking of subscribing to VM broadband, but the external brown connection box was torn off the wall by a JCB a couple of years ago. Should I request the option to have an engineer to install the BB to repair/replace that box? The internal connection box is in position, & I’m technically capable, just don't know what being exposed to the elements for a couple of years will have done to the external connection.
