6 months virgin media has left dangerous exposed cables and damaged cabinet at Birchgrove SA79QJ, 24 phone calls to them and have done absolutely nothing what a joke of customer service will be switching to sky!!!

No it has not been done it has been like this since Christmas!! Its hazards!! As I said its constantly happening it needs to be moved!!

The last time it took 6 months to fix this is not acceptable virgin media!! You charge us extortionate prices to watch TV yet can't keep up with the maintenance of your street cabinets! I'm surprised the whole street hasn't been cut off!
