I had an install date for Volt Cable TV + Fibre Internet scheduled for the 18th November (this coming Friday). I just received an email stating that 'it looks like there’s been a delay with your installation. Our team’s working hard to get you up and running as soon as possible.'
There is no reason, or revised ETA or new install date.
Can someone please help shed some light on this? This is for a house install.

Update. Strangely the cable pull was done today. The amount of work required was less than expected.
But my appointment still got moved to 24th November from 18th November. Which is unfortunate….tried calling up to change it back to tomorrow…no luck…all a bit silly
