Hi, 

I came home from work today and this had happened to my internet box and I have no clue how! I’m worried someone has smashed it open thinking it had a spare key in. But I have tried to put it together best I can but it’s not fixed by any means.

what do I need to do?

Call Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.
