After lots of hassle with virgin media to order the broadband package which was meant to arrive on Tuesday.
It’s now Friday and I’m waiting for a message of yodel for my 2 hour delivery slot, and tracking number. I thought this would’ve been sent to me in the morning as it would allow me to go about my day. Now I am becoming worried that my broadband will not be delivered today. Could someone from virgin media/yodel please help?
