The parental controls on the VM Hubs is poor but someone else can comment on how to try it and how good it is.

But If you added your own better quality wireless router it would facilitate far better timed control of device connections. I did that years ago to control my two from doing that.

However be aware.... you will never stop a determined Tech savvy teenager (as there are all sorts of "reset" options) short of unplugging the Hub and taking it to bed with you
