Yesterday I also got the fixed red base light on my SuperHub 3.
I was having a problem with my security camera wifi and was advised to try the wifi with the 5ghz turned off.
I have eventually got that working but when I re-enabled the 5ghz the red light had replaced the white light.
I have tried resetting the hub but red light remains. I am currently have no issues with the wifi connection and speed high as expected.
The concern is that it is the beginning of a problem.
If possible I would like to avoid an engineer coming as I live with my Mom who has dementia and having unknown people at home can confuse and disorientate her. If a new hub is the preferred option could I do a "Self-Install" ?
