port 80 blocked

Hi

I have a SH2ac in Modem Mode and an Asus router. I would like to get a certificate with LetsEncrypt but this needs port 80 to be functioning, and it needs to keep on functioning for certificate renewal. 

I have a service working and have it sitting internally on port 80. On the router I have tried 80 and 81. Port 81 works fine and can even check it is working using https://canyouseeme.org/

There clearly is a block therefore I believe. I just want clarity from VM as to whether it is blocking and intends to keep blocking on this

Port 80 is not blocked for me test without a router server to hub in modem mode
