New to Virgin about 5/6 weeks, got the ultimate volt package. wifi poor in bedroom, got the app & stating poor but doesn’t give me an option to order pods. Been on live chat when 1st got virgin & was told they would send out, nothing arrived. I done more scans today, still poor, still no option to order. Been on 2 robot chats today telling me I’m getting put through to agent. Waited over 15 minutes and no response. Feeling deflated & wondering have I done the right thing in changing to virgin

Unless you are on Gig 1 it is a lot less costly to buy your own WiFi repeaters than to rent them from VM.
