Wifi Pods flashing green and white

The pod nearest the router is flashing green and the other one is flashing white! Is this normal as the speed I’m getting has dropped quite a bit and wen pages are taking a while to load! Hub 3 recently replaced, and no internet on a wired connection either! Since upgrading to 500 the internet seems to be slower!

If the pods are flashing means they are not connected to the hub, if when they connect they stop flashing all together.

Try a reset if they dont connect or else you'll have to contact VM to see if they have put them on the system. If the pods are not on the system they will never connect to your hub.
