WiFi doesn’t work in my bedroom. Troubleshooting using virgin site suggested pods…downloaded the virgin connect app…it can’t find my hub….I’m just being redirected in circles.
how on earth do you get the pods?

What a journey…
create virgin media account
keeps redirecting to login every time I clicked broadband issue
google leads to this forum where I did see the WiFi pod post which said ‘post here and a team member will help’
saw a team member had indeed asked that poster to pm details … so I pm-ed too
got shirty message from mod team saying I’d sent an unsolicited message wrist smack
then couple hours later get a message saying thanks for joining the forum here’s your starter guide 🙄
referred back to forum content and saw one comment saying avoid calling the number they try to charge you etc
back to google
raised complaint… WiFi pod now ordered free
awful customer journey but hopefully now resolution in sight

Complaints agent also said the connect app can take 72 hours to find your hub which I’ve never read anywhere but good to know
I had to delete and reinstall app to start the trying to connect to hub over
