Wi-Fi pods

All 3 of my Wi-Fi pods stopped working (communicating with my router) 2 days ago. The connect app shows they are not connected. I’ve rebooted and reset my router a few times but no luck.

some advice would be great.

Have you taken a look at our WiFi Pod troubleshooting page to see if this can help?

Have you had your Hub replaced recently?

Do you have a hub 4 Tony? There are lots of us with pods that used to work which have now stopped working with a hub 4. Virgin acknowledge there is a problem, but are not able to shed any light on how or when they might be able to rectify it. It is very frustrating.
