VIRGIN MEDIA CONNECT ISSUE

Hi! Wondering if anybody could help me? I’ve recently bought a Hub 3 and somebody came in and installed it, it works perfectly but I cannot connect my Wi-Fi to the virgin media connect app. 

Any ideas?

I'm sorry to see that you have been having issues connecting your hub to the Connect App. I can certainly understand the frustration with this.

I will be happy to assist with this further, so this can be done, would you mind expanding further on what is happening when you are trying to use this? Are you getting any specific error messages?

 If you have any screenshots available of the issue you are seeing, these would also be helpful. If sending these, please ensure you do not include any ones showing your personal information.
