Superhub 5 flashing blue

My superhub 5 stopped working and started flashing blue.

I read the forums and saw the suggestion of a pin hole reset.

Performed that and the hub flashed green suggesting it was downloading an update however it's now back to flashing blue.

Any ideas?

It's ok. There's a problem in my area which likely explains it. I should have checked the status page first.
