Hello.
My 5ghz band is no longer showing up on any devices. I can connect to 2.4ghz, but not 5. This is across all devices in my home.
I've tried all the suggestions in various posts on the same subject, including making sure the 5ghz option is ticked in the router settings.
I've tried doing a full factory reset (pressing the button on the back of the router), and I've split the bands too, but 5ghz still won't show.
Frustratingly, the router settings says that 5ghz is working fine, but it won't show up on any devices.
Do I need a new hub?

Thanks for posting, and sorry to hear you've had some issues with the connection.
Can you confirm- after a reset of the hub, have you separated the WiFi bands?

Yes after doing the full reset I split the bands again, but unfortunately 5ghz is still missing.
