Hello
Just started today I can't connect any wireless device to my Hub 3.0. My laptop is working fine on ethernet but all my wireless devices find the wifi network, connect but then say "obtaining IP address" and don't go any further.

Thanks for chatting with me via pm @rorschach1, after running some checks it seems the best option for this would be to arrange a tech to come and check things over. You can view this appointment via your online account here.
Just a reminder, someone over the age of 18 will need to be in the property when the engineer visits. If the visit is missed or there is an issue not caused by our equipment there may be a £25 charge for the appointment added to the bill.
